My Profile
I graduated from the University of Ulster, Jordanstown on the 4th July 2007.
I obtained a 2.1 in a four year BSc course entitled "Interactive Multimedia Design". Although I had previously experimented with Web Design for personal projects, it was at University that I discovered my passion for being creative and designing new content for the web.
Outside of my chosen career path I have many other interests..sport being pretty major. I am also a very keen traveler. For the 2006/07 University year I was selected to attend a college in the USA (through the BEI). Here I studied Graphic Design and key Business modules at the college, whilst trying to see as much of the country as possible!
I have around 5 years of Web Design experience. I always seek to being something new and fresh to my work. If you are a regular visitor to the site you already know this as the design constantly changes!
At the moment I am searching for a Web Design job, I'm currently available for freelance projects until I find some permanent work, then i'll see how I cope!
Technologies
I particularly enjoy taking on projects for small businesses and creating new identities for the web. I specialise in XHTML and CSS design. However, I have experience in Flash, PHP, JavaScript and most web based technologies.
I have studied key graphic design modules during University, and also in college during my year out in the USA. I believe that I have significant experience, and an eye for detail, which I strive to incorporate into all of my work.
I also have in depth knowledge of the MODX framework, and most popular Content Management Systems.
In a Nutshell
